We developed and produced the tables, coffee counter, display areas, serving trays, menu boards and planters for this bustling cafe in the centre of Limerick City.
All of the furniture is produced from Phenolic Faced Birch plywood. This plywood is normally used for creating bespoke formwork and creates a strong utilitarian feel within the space. As the phenolic is not adhesive friendly, we developed a finger jointing system that hides the fixings using custom made red acrylic plugs creating a stitch-like aesthetic on all the furniture joints.
